04/05/2010 6:21 am - STS-131 Space Shuttle Discovery launches into orbit in the minutes before dawn, leaving a beautiful reflection through the light fog on the Intracoastal Waterway in Ponte Vedra, Florida, 115 Miles from the launch.
Definitely no originality points here, but I was really interested in how a night launch from the bridge would compare to a dawn launch. You can click here to compare the two photos (use the right and left arrow keys).

I've been getting many questions about the settings I used for this photo; I shot this with a Canon EOS Rebel T1i and a Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM lens, at 17mm. Exposure settings were ISO 100, f/4.5, and 133 seconds.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. Thanks!
