There were many photos and albums that I posted on Jacksonville.com before I was an official photographer with them. Since these photos are not available for sale on the site, many people have asked if they can purchase the photos directly from me. Instead, I would like to give the photos to you free of charge. 01/17/2011 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade in Jacksonville : It started as a quick lunchtime stop at the Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2011 parade in Jacksonville, to get a photo for my Facebook Photo-a-Day 2011 Project, and ended with a 1.5 hour impromptu photo walk through downtown. I had a great time and met some really nice people. It was raining pretty hard, and windy, and I was trying to balance my camera and my umbrella while walking through town, so expect a few shaky photos :). Looking forward to better weather at next year's parade! 04/15/2009 First Coast Tax Day Tea Party : Jacksonville area taxpayers gathered on April 15th at Noon at the Jacksonville Landing for a Tea Party to protest wasteful spending. Please keep in mind that I am merely posting photos of an event that I attended and photographed. I am neither supporting nor opposing the message of the tea party, and the opinions reflected in the signs do not necessarily reflect my own personal opinions.
